got back my Econs test. and its super dissapointing. i had done the questions before, and i felt so confident ! just like my GP, yet i get an U grade.
but my whole klas, the top is an E, and out of 22 students, 20 students got U. we're ranked the 2nd last in H1 Econs cohort.
the last klas got 100% U grade, but that class only got 1 student taking h1 econs, so he get an U, means its 100% U. so funny la. without that boy, it means our klas is the last in cohort le.
then our teacher told us, his other H2 classes have 1 or 2 students getting the top in 1 of the essays, so he's gonna forsake our klas and focus on the other classes. sure, their essays are good, but he didnt comment on their case studies or their overall results.
then he showed us his time table, and he replaced our extra lessons for consultations for other classes already. then we all nth to say already. and he said 'all of u have such a good teacher here, yet u all dont make use of my knowledge' so joke.
i have 2 classmates who usually gets C for econs last year, but their classes disbanded due to too much retainee, then they come my klas. and now, their econs are getting U all the way. we really dont know who's at fault.
but i cannot give up now, still need to persevere. sian.
sports evening on wednesday. our team was leading, but sumone dropped the baton, then we fell back to the last position, and eventually disqualified after the race. lol. kinda dissapointed, but i guess the house captain got even more dissapointment. the Taurus House, which is my house, had been the champion since the start of IJ. and now the chain its broken, i think the house captain will be very very very dissapointed. now alot ppl will be blaming him alrdy.
Unity's Band got Silver !
from the way they practiced, i really thought they can get Gold or Honours, and the night before their SYF, i dreamt that i was at RP, and they announced 'Gold with Honours!' but, well done band, silver is quite hard to get also.
napha test is next wednesday. the REAL ONE. which determines whether i need to go in 2 months earlier. my timing dropped this week, hope next week i can pia till the end, and get a Gold ! also, hope my sit and reach will not pull me down too.
