Sunday finally the concert day is here.
the previous night, i message those who live near me to lend me their jeans. cuz i dont have any, and i need to wear it for the concert. i message my bro he also nv reply, and i tried to look for it ard his wardrobe also dun have. den i fell asleep not finding any jeans.
morning supposed to wake up at 8. but duno why i nv hear my alarm. i purposely left it a distance away so i have to walk to there den maybe i wont go back to sleep, and its not soo far away that i cant hear it. den in the end my dad woke me up at 10. supposed to read RP at 10:30. so i shower chiong and rushed through my breakfast den go there. lucky in the morning my mum managed to find my bro's jeans. if not duno how to get jeans liao.
reached there and realized im actually not that late. so morning dun nid to rush one. but nvm took my time to prepare my instruments. had rehersal and then the conductor gave us our encore piece on that day itself, so we only practiced it only twice before performing it. but its a slow slong so nth much to worry abt.
days before the concert, i tot i could care less abt the concert, afterall i join the band cuz its compulsory for one of my school thing. den its like i quite reluctantly join the concert. i just wanted to join the band and play for fun. but on before the concert i got the adreline rushing, duno why even when i dont really care much abt the concert. maybe its just the usual jitters before a performance.
during the performance, the conductor got a small kid from the audience to conduct us - in the name of fun. but of cuz we didnt follow him, but the kid is rather funny. he really tried to conduct seriously and was rather scared he will cause the band to make a mistake. and his face is like OoO. really funny ! den the conductor ask him to sway his body, and the kid swayed in such a way that its even funnier ! i couldnt bear to look at him, if not i cant play, i'll be there laughing all the while. lol
at the end of the concert, went to causeway had dinner with sher n rx. oh btw, thanks to tk,andy,sher and rx for coming to support.
after dinner went to arcade look for tk and andy and play a while talk abit den go home le.
ahhh spent 15 days of my december holiday on this concert. dont really felt worth it sia... and next week got another concert. means 22 days of december holiday for band.
